MONEYEDE M. MARTIN

Founder, Attorney

Moneyede began his career in Big Law, having worked over ten years at one of the leading international law firms in the world. In that role, Moneyede successfully represented clients in multi-million dollar disputes in federal court, state court and arbitration. Moneyede’s practice involved a broad range of domestic and international clients, including financial institutions, investment companies, insurance companies, broadcasting and cable companies, data processing companies, law firms, real estate developers and management companies, power companies and entrepreneurs. Moneyede also represented small/mid-sized companies and individuals in bet-the-company litigation.

In addition to his experience representing private industry clients, Moneyede has represented government interests in business and litigation. As a member of the Broward County Attorney’s Office, Moneyede served as in-house counsel to the County, where he drafted agreements and local government legislation and represented the County in litigation, enforcement proceedings and administrative hearings.

In addition to his role as a trusted legal advisor, Moneyede also takes seriously his role as a member of the South Florida community. Moneyede has served as Co-Chair on the board of directors of the Miami Dade Urban Debate League, an organization that helps inner city students develop debating skills. In addition, Moneyede mentors youth throughout South Florida, with the goal of passing on some of the knowledge imparted upon him throughout his journey as an attorney.
